Our Black Belt Certification is the third and final course in our program. This course teaches advanced Kaizen/Lean concepts and facilitates a professional level Continuous Improvement program at participant's sites.The program is comprised of two parts. The first 4 day session where the Lean tools are examined is held in Toronto from September 18-21, 2018. This classroom training is followed by a practical application of these tools back at the workplace.
